Happy Birthday to my favorite 4 year old CALDER!
Here he is with his older brother the other day, playing "beauty shop hair" with is mom. Perhaps my proudest moment as a father! So glad I walked in on THIS. Ugh. I asked if they wanted to go toss the ball around in the back awhile, but they were to engulfed in the salon business.

Awwww, nothing like boys doing beauty makeovers! Hey, look at it this way, they're secure in their manhood!
(p.s. you can babble in my comment section anytime, if it were a serious blog, it wouldn't have buffoon in the title!) :)
I'll have to post a picture of my little man (about 18 years ago) after he got into his sister's make up one day. You gotta laugh, dude!
And btw ... Calder is an awesome name!
No way. That kid cannot be 4 already. Holy crap. Time goes by fast. OH, and just so you know--some of my best hair 'dos have been from men... don't worry.

Just so you don't feel alone! :)
Happy Bday to one of my favorite nephews!
Happy Birthday to the boy!
You better nip that in the bud right now.
The growing older part that is. Not the hair salon. That part is fine.
Wait till she does his nails... and yes, I have.
Happy Birthday to Calder! He looks darling in this picture! And I'm happy to see them playing beauty shop :).
@ Melinda - Get ready for some serious babble then. And I am not really sure what a "serious blog" is, but I don't want anything to do with it.
@ Beth - Thanks. And that picture is awesome!
@ Lyndsay - Yeah, it has gone by fast. I think Brent and Mel got him his most favorite present this year. A bag full of spiderman crap. I'm okay with them being hairdressers as long as they bring home the bacon. (And by "bacon", I don't mean actual bacon)
@ Jordan - He says thanks!
@ Bossy - He says thanks!
@ Tammy1 - I hate watching them grow older, but I must say the parenting is pretty easy right now. The calm before the teen storm, I suppose.
@ hostage - If you look real close at the picture, his toenails have already been done. I am a failure as a father.
@ Tammy2 - Thanks!
It could always be wor--
Never mind, it is.
