Utah Woolen Mills returns my email...

Wow, that was fast! Just got the below reply from Utah Woolen Mills. Can't say they don't offer great customer service:

I love Utah Woolen Mills! I've never had better customer service anywhere. Hope you have the same there. They're also pretty dang funny guys. You and they may need to warm up, and if they know you're joking, they're a riot. (Yes, this is a shameless plug.) Their clothes are expensive, but man the clothes and the experience are great. Beware; they're also great salesmen.

You also gotta love that they refused to sacrifice their (sweet) lease. Just wish I had more flow / benjamins / stack so that I could shop there more...

Obviously I've never had a suit from Utah Woolen Mills but my dad bought a sweater 40 or so years ago that sits in my closet as a classic. Love it! So if you buy a suit that can last you 40 years it's probably worth the money!
