Music Monday Move Me: Corky St. Claire

I don't normally participate in memes, but XmasDolly talked me into this one.  I am supposed to share a favorite dance.  I'll go with Corky St. Claire's dance scene in my favorite movie of all time, Waiting For Guffman.

Allow me to set up the clip:  Corky has been hired to choreograph some dance moves for a local community play.  In this scene, he is working it out and breaking it down in his living room.

If you have not seen this movie, there is not 30 seconds that go by that I am not laughing hysterically.

  6. Oops, I first thought this was you disguised as Corky. I thought it was your latest stunt. No? It could be. Then again, you won't be at 500 until next week or so.

  14. Turns out not only do we have the same musical tastes, we must have the same movie tastes. Anything and everything by Christopher Guest is perfectly brilliant, brilliant, brilliant.

Perhaps we are separated at birth sister and brother. On second thought, forget that, I am pretty much hairless and that's without the waxing.

  17. Ha!! I have never even HEARD of this movie. Isn't that pitiful? Going to my Netflix account now... Okay, not right now. Want to talk about leaps. I definitely enjoyed the leaps. I love leaping of all sorts- Corky St. Claire leaps, split leaps, leap years, Leap Frog, etc. Actually, don't like leap year. Don't get it. Leaving now. I need to go choreograph a dance for a local community college. Ironic, huh?
